Returns & Refunds

At Love & Piste we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched. Your refund amount will be less any delivery paid.

Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation/receipt of returned goods. We will ONLY refund delivery charges/any costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return items

Please email us at [email protected] prior to returning the item(s) with your name, order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Please re-pack the item(s) securely with the original delivery note where possible. We recommend using a recorded delivery service since Love & Piste cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
